OUR RENTAL HALL (The Grove Building)
The Grove Building is located in front of the woods across the road from the church and is available for rent to members of St. David's UCC, as well as the Community.
RENTAL FEE: Non-members $250 Members $200
HOURS AVAILABLE: 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM (There is a $25/hour additional fee for extended hours, which must be preapproved).
RENTERS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A CONTRACT, WHICH LISTS ALL THE STIPULATIONS THAT GO ALONG WITH RENTING THE GROVE BUILDING INCLUDING THE RULE THAT NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED TO BE CONSUMED IN THE GROVE BUILDING OR ON CHURCH PROPERTY.

- A $200 (Members)/$250 (Nonmembers) SECURITY DEPOSIT is required, which will be refunded in full if building is cleaned and not damaged. A separate check is required for this amount. If there is any damage, renters are liable to pay replacement cost for any loss or damages to equipment or property.)
- RENTAL FEES ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL IN ADVANCE. Please make checks payable to St. David’s UCC and return the checks and one signed copy of the rental contract to: Church Secretary, St. David’s United Church of Christ, 142 Hobart Road, Hanover, PA 17331.
PLEASE NOTE: Containers and Trash Bags will be Supplied for Garbage.
Renters are Required to Take All Garbage With Them (Trash Removed from the Premises) After the Event! If the garbage is not removed, the renter will forfeit their security deposit.
